Victoria School Opening Medal

We would like to say thank you to Mr Stephen Latham who has kindly donated a special Victoria School Medal to us. It seems it is very unique and will be placed on display in our school foyer.

Annie – The Modern Musical

A huge thank you and well done to our fantastic drama group who have worked incredibly hard since September on their production of Annie. It was brilliant as usual and it always gives us great pleasure to see such talented performers on our school stage! Thank you Miss Anderton for your inspiration and vision!

Race for Life 2017 – Part 1

What a spectacular event! All our children took part to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Well done everyone – it was a hot one out there this morning! Thank you to Miss Edwards for organising the event this year.

Thank you to all the parents who came to support the event. See if you can spot yourself in any of the photos. We will let you know as soon as possible how much money has been raised.

Join us At Our Get Together

Please come and join us for an informal coffee morning at Victoria CP School on Friday 16th June, 8am – 10am.

HACK Horse Sanctuary Visit School

We were thrilled to see Lennie and Jane again. They brought a BBC film crew with them to film the good work HACK do.

Nant BH 2017

The children from year 4 had a fantastic time at Nant BH this year even though the weather was awful! Thank you to Mrs Wilson, Miss Weller, Miss Edwards, Mrs McClelland and Mr Jones who accompanied the children. The children were brilliant as usual – attempting all activities with determination and resilience. We are very proud of your amazing attitudes.

Ymweliad Caerdydd – Blwyddyn 6

We had a fantastic time in Cardiff this year. We visited Cardiff Castle, St. Fagan’s Museum of Welsh Life, Cardiff Bay, the Senedd and the Big Pit in Blaenavon.

The children showed a natural interest in all activities and learning experiences, asking amazing questions and impressing all the tour guides with their enthusiasm and manners. Your children made us very proud indeed.

The children took lots of photos and we are holding a competition for the best photo taken during the trip.
